We begin every engagement with a structured definition of the role, the strategic context, and the leadership profile required. From there, we conduct a direct, research-driven search across the markets and networks where the right leaders operate. Each candidate is engaged personally, never through intermediaries.
Selection & Assessment
Once the long list is built, we narrow it through structured interviews, leadership judgment, and where appropriate, formal psychometric evaluations. We assess not only capability and experience, but cultural alignment, decision-making under complexity, and long-term leadership impact.
